Combined IOQ Documentation – For procedures carried out during product installation and commissioning

The Installation Qualification (IQ) procedure validates and documents that the instrument has been installed in accordance with the recommendations of the manufacturer. The Operational Qualification (OQ) procedure validates and documents that the instrumentation can operate as designed and specified by the manufacturer.

These procedures are performed by DWS staff or a suitably trained and qualified representative of one of our authorised distributors.

These activities are carried out after the instrument has been delivered to the customer’s premises. They cover the complete procedure to be followed from unpacking and inspection through step-by-step test routines to confirm correct operation.
