UTM® is manufactured by Copan and supplied in a 16 × 100 mm tube containing 3ml of Universal Transport Medium, together with a flexible Minitip FLOQSwab®, designed for the collection, transport and preservation of clinical specimens containing viruses, Chlamydia, Mycoplasma and Ureaplasma.
Suitable for specimen collection from the eye, ear, nasal passages, nasopharynx, throat, urogenital tracts and paediatric sites.
