SRK® is manufactured by Copan and supplied with a Regular FLOQSwab® in a tube containing 1ml of SRK® neutralising pre-moistening medium in a sponge, together with a separate tube containing 10ml of Half Fraser Broth.

Half Fraser Broth is a selective enrichment medium used for the enrichment and detection of Listeria monocytogenes. Following incubation at 35°C for 24 hours, the broth turns black if Listeria is present. The enriched sample can then be transferred onto an appropriate selective agar for further testing.

Suggested surfaces include those found in the food, cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries.
